Experiencia fantástica: Fantastic facility

Experiencia negativa: When the court is cancelled due to rain, the club doesn't return the money. Instead it gives you credit on Playtomic, but in practice it is very complicated to use it, in my case I had to look for matches costing exactly the amount of my credit (but most matches are more expensive, and the club does NOT allow simply paying the difference, which is very frustrating). Customer support is responsive and fast, but wasn't helpful in this situation as they were hiding behind club policy. Other clubs know how to handle these situations, Los Naranjos doesn't.

Experiencia positiva: Very nice and new club. Trainer David is excellent with his vision and explanations on the court. The possibility to play semi indoor is a great addition to be a bit more exclusive than other clubs. Also the prices for renting a court are very good. Only downside i can give are the sportswear they sell at a very high price.

The facilities are modern, clean, and well maintained, and the atmosphere is friendly and relaxed. Great place for both practice and matches — highly recommended!

Experiencia fantástica: sitio muy tranquilo y súper adaptado a personas en sillas de ruedas. Muy bonito y limpio. Muy amables en la recepción y no te miran de arriba a abajo como en otros clubs. Lo único es que las camareras solo hablan inglés.

Experiencia positiva: Bonito club. Muchas pistas . Se puede hacer juego exterior. Muy caro .No hay sombra para ver partidos ni banco para sentarse.

Experiencia fantástica: Es una pena que después del gran esfuerzo para poder abrir vuestras MARAVILLOSAS instalaciones , el restaurante no esté a la altura de las mismas. Ayer concretamente estuvimos de torneo , THE ONE, y a pesar que el personal del restaurante nos atendieron con la mejor de las sonrisas , no es de recibo que después de tomar varias bebidas , les pidas unas cacahuetes y te cobren 9€ por 2 sobres de cacahuetes y unas aceitunas , me parece que está fuera de lugar , más allá de que por supuesto si no los invitan como hacen todos o casi todos los bares , los cobren a un precio más justo. Imagina si me voy a atrever ir a comer después de que me cobren 30€ por cervezas de 20 cl, por todo lo demás el club es un espectáculo al que pienso volver más pronto que tarde, donde los precios son populares . Gracias . Pongo la reseña , por que me quejé al personal ayer y aún a día de hoy no se han molestado ni en contestarme .

Experiencia fantástica: A new padel club in Nueva Andalusia, all with glass wall and perfect cort, chango room with shower and lounge restaurant with bar for drinks after matches, even do many corts have rooftop for the rain the sun are still a problem here daytime, I think

Experiencia positiva: Top padellessen, maar ruimte voor verbetering rond hygiëne en faciliteiten Net padelles gevolgd bij Gigi — wat een topper! Professioneel, enthousiast en echt goed in wat hij doet. Wel een minpuntje: de net geopende club oogt nog wat slordig, zeker in de vroege ochtend. Rondom de padelbanen ligt er vaak rommel zoals lege flessen en glas. Je zou verwachten dat er ’s ochtends schoongemaakt is, maar helaas lijkt dat (nog) niet het geval. Het zou fijn zijn als er meerdere schoonmaakmomenten per dag zijn: in de ochtend, middag én avond. Daarnaast mis ik laadpalen voor elektrische auto’s. Tegenwoordig hoort dat toch echt bij een moderne sportclub. Kortom: fijne sfeer en toptrainer, maar nog even puntjes op de i qua netheid en voorzieningen.

Experiencia fantástica: Fantastic club with stunning design and top-notch coaches like Nacho and Pepe! We’re absolutely loving our time here. The store offers a great selection, and the changing rooms are truly luxurious. The gym is state-of-the-art, and the restaurant has a wonderful atmosphere. I’d just love to see a few more fitness-focused nutrition items on the menu.

Experiencia negativa: Extremely unprofessional and poorly managed. I had booked the padel court a full month in advance for my kids’ training with their coach. Out of nowhere, a group shows up claiming they had a last-minute booking, and instead of standing by my confirmed reservation, the staff wasted time arguing and hesitating. Even worse, there was an empty court right next to us, yet they insisted on kicking my kids out mid-session. This kind of disorganized behavior is unacceptable — it shows a complete lack of respect for clients’ time and commitment. Definitely not the level of professionalism you’d expect from a serious sports facility.

Experiencia positiva: El mejor club de padel que conozco por sus instalaciones y diseño del club. Por otra parte decir que no entiendo como después de 2 meses abierto no tengan ya los niveles de la gente y no se haga un test de nivel como en otros clubes. Playtomic es un desastre para mi y un club de este nivel no debería apoyarse en ello, tendrían que estar organizando partidos ya....

Experiencia fantástica: Una experiencia de 10. El club es espectacular en todos los sentidos: instalaciones cuidadas, ambiente motivador y, sobre todo, un equipo humano que marca la diferencia. Siempre están pendientes de ti, con profesionalidad y cercanía. Da gusto entrenar aquí.

Experiencia fantástica: Top club, facilities, coaches, location. I played in most clubs around and this is one of the best by far and new. Plus the cafe is very relaxing. 10/10

Experiencia negativa: Dicen que es el mejor club de pádel pero abren partidos en Playtomic y luego los cancelan porque no guardan la pista y las usan ellos como les da la gana. Si te comprometes en ofrecer una pista no te deberían dejar cancelar en partido sin dar explicaciones que para eso está el chat. Vaya falta de profesionalidad. De la misma forma que hay penalizaciones para usuarios debería existir lo mismo para este tipo de situaciones con los clubes.

Experiencia positiva: Pistas espectaculares nuevas. Facilidad para aparcar. Precio medio de las canchas. Una botella de agua 3.5 euros y que cierren las instalaciones a las 22,30 en verano es totalmente incomprensible. Es la hora de tomarse algo o cenar.

Experiencia negativa: Club e instalaciones estupendas. Pero no puede ser que tenga pista de 20:30 a 22:00 y no pueda ducharme después de jugar porque cierran, a esta hora ,no puede ser esto en un club q quiere ser top. Sábado 21/07 termino de jugar y la luz del vestuario apagada,pregunto en recepción el porqué la luz está apagada y me dicen que cierran a la 22:00 y no me puedo duchar,no me lo invento eso de que si puedo ducharme no es real hasta las 23:00 serán otros días,supongo.
