Experiencia negativa: Iba a ser un descanso, pero nos encontramos con un grupo de niños gritando. La zona de SPA, que debería estar disponible para los niños solo de 10:00 a 13:00, estuvo abierta para ellos todo el tiempo. La piscina conectada con la sauna, sin una zona de relax separada, hacía muy difícil descansar. Además, el viernes por la tarde había un curso de natación para niños, lo que me parece una situación totalmente inaceptable. Pasando a las habitaciones, son bastante amplias y a primera vista parecen limpias, pero el equipamiento de la cocina es bastante antiguo, las toallas estaban sucias y en la ropa de cama encontré algo que no debería estar allí. Hasta hoy no sé qué era, y prefiero no saberlo. Lo positivo del hotel es, sin duda, su buena ubicación y la recepción abierta las 24 horas. EDIT: En mi reseña no mencioné ningún problema relacionado con el suelo mojado en la zona de la piscina, las fotos se adjuntaron únicamente para mostrar cómo es el espacio del SPA. Le ruego me disculpe, pero el mismo día de nuestra llegada pedí los albornoces, que faltaban en nuestra habitación al hacer el check-in. No tenía intención de pasar mis vacaciones yendo constantemente a la recepción para solicitar cosas que deberían estar disponibles desde el principio. Los mensajes privados que intercambiamos no tienen nada que ver con el contenido de mi reseña. Como se puede ver en las fotos adjuntas, el nivel del hotel está por debajo de las expectativas, y los futuros huéspedes tienen derecho a saber cómo es realmente el uso del SPA y quién tiene acceso a esa zona. Por cierto, no es la primera opinión negativa sobre el SPA, así que quizá sería momento de interesarse por el tema o incluso probar personalmente los servicios que se ofrecen allí.

Como ya le comenté por mensaje privado, quisiera reiterarle mis disculpas por los inconvenientes que haya podido experimentar durante su estancia.
Comparto su opinión de que la ropa de cama no debería presentar manchas. No obstante, le agradecería que tuviera en cuenta que algunas piezas llegan dobladas de la lavandería industrial, y el personal de pisos no siempre las desdobla por completo antes de colocarlas. En ocasiones, si la mancha se encuentra en el interior del pliegue, puede pasar inadvertida. Me ha sorprendido no haber recibido ningún comentario al respecto en sus correos anteriores. De haber sido reportado durante su estancia, se hubiesen cambiado las piezas de ropa de inmediato.
En cuanto a la sartén, tal y como se aprecia en la fotografía, efectivamente requiere ser reemplazada, algo que solemos hacer al final de cada temporada. Aún así, tenemos repuesto cuando se nos escapa el localizar el defecto.
También recuerdo haberle aclarado personalmente el error tipográfico en el horario infantil, aceptando nuestro error, y lamento que a pesar de ello se haya mencionado en su reseña. Respecto a las fotografías del suelo mojado en la zona del spa, es normal que puedan aparecer marcas de agua, ya que los usuarios suelen acceder a esa zona tras salir de la piscina.
Siento sinceramente que no hayamos estado a la altura de sus expectativas y le reitero mis disculpas por ello.
Veo que la reseña es posterior al último correo que me contestó, me quedará la duda de saber si hubiese sido más benévola si hubiese conseguido sacarme la estancia gratis que me pidió cuando la opción que le ofrecí no era suficiente.

Experiencia fantástica: We have just returned from a week's stay at the Duva hotel (2 adults and 2 children) and it was wonderful. Amazing value for money. For the price we paid I was a little apprehensive that it would be very basic, but the hotel offered so much. The premium apartment was spacious and well equipped. There are a variety of pools, a gym, a spa, tennis and padel courts, bike hire and daily children's entertainment. My two daughters aged 6 and 9 absolutely loved the entertainment. Activities by the pool during the day and the evening entertainment was fantastic (interactive and geared towards the kids). The hotel is about a 15 minute walk to the beach front, and it is a lovely walk. There is also a shuttle bus service to the beach. Hotel staff were very helpful and assisted us with anything we needed. I would love to go back!

Experiencia positiva: Overall we had good time in your hotel. The biggest pro is your personnel. It was careful and kind. We enjoyed bigger rooms compare to other average hotel and good A/C. We also didn't like many things, they are subtle but they add up. First, your pool lifeguard. This guy seems to have good time...with his phone. My daughter cut her foot in the pool, because of sharp bolts holding metal grids are loose. He saw it but didn't even come to offer help. He said he'd report this to reception, but nothing happened the remaining days. I'm not sure if he'd be able to "save" anyone. The other day the door handle at pool toilet just fell off. We have a clear feeling that nobody cares about that stuff. Second, the food. Initially we were impressed how various it is. Later we felt that hotel saves on food. All the desserts are as cheap as possible. All those jelly...Noone eats it. It's a 50cent dish... I never ate warm omelet. It is cooked "in advance" and by the time it's on my plate it's cold. The meat is often so hard that even adults can't chew it... Much food smells with tap water. Yes, it has really bad smell that guests notice! Third, the neighborhood. We came with the car and we had to drive over that ruined road several times a day. What a shame! Just fix it. The trash bins on the way to the restaurant also smell. Can't you hide them? Fourth, for the high season prices it's ridiculous that you still want to charge us for the safe or want 10 euro deposit for the beach towels. Just give us those towels and get it back on check out! So greedy...3 euro for rubber cup to enter the SPA... Seriously? Overall, this hotel is not exciting. It's just average. Maybe it's not worse than others but it's not better either. We won't come back.

Experiencia fantástica: Great times when visiting family. Lovely staff and great big pool. Fun entertainment and value for money. Padel courts 1 min away and tennis also. 15 walk to the beach. Special mention to Luciano from the kids club. Such a great guy great patience with the kids and fun activities. Really grateful for him as felt reassured kids were with him and we could chillax. Experiencia fantástica: Family of 4 (2 adults, 2 children aged 6&10). We have just returned from a 10 day stay at the Duva Aparthotel on a half board basis. From start to finish we couldn't have been happier with the hotel and it's staff. We arrived later in the evening than planned as it took over an hour to get our rental car at the airport so we missed dinner but they very kindly plated us up some food and had it waiting for us in the restaurant when we arrived. The food throughout the holiday was lovely. Always a fresh meat and fresh fish being cooked throughout service and the other food on offer was always very tasty. Paella night on a Sunday was my favorite! Breakfast was great to, everything you would want for a full English (if that's your thing), also plenty of cereal choice, meats, cheeses, omelettes, American pancakes and waffles. Also fresh fruit and pastries. Could not fault it. We stayed in a one bed comfort apartment on the ground floor overlooking the main pool (which is what I requested) and it was lovely. The kids had the bed settee in the living room which was completely adequate for our needs. Kitchen was well equipped with an electric hob, microwave and fridge with a small freezer compartment. Aircon in the apartment was very good. The hotel and it's grounds were spotless, I don't think I ever saw any litter anywhere. The three pools were all lovely and we never struggled to get a sunbed. The staff were all so lovely and very accommodating. Luciano works his socks off and is so good with the children. My son absolutely loved him. He works so hard 6 days a week and even comes in for a natter on his day off! Please don't be put off by the hotels location, it's a lovely 10-15 minute walk to the beach/promenade from the hotel. The reception staff told us of a back route to go which avoids the main road and it was a lovely walk. All in all we couldn't fault the hotel and wouldn't hesitate to return. Puerto Pollensa is beautiful and so is Pollensa village, well worth a visit...we even managed the steps up to the beautiful little church, the view from the top was well worth it! Thank you Hotel Duva for making our holiday an unforgettable one ❤️

Experiencia fantástica: We have just returned from 9 days at the Duva Hotel. First impressions on arrival were good. Reception staff on checking in were quick and efficient. Very happy with the room which was in the main hotel complex and overlooking the mountains and not the pool which for us was better. Perhaps we would have preferred one of the newer apartments across the road but this did not deter our enjoyment. Nice large lounge, very well equpped kitchen and comfy beds, lots of space and a nice bathroom. The room was serviced every day by lovely staff who always looked happy and work extremely hard, thankyou. Staff throughout the hotel are great, dining area staff are efficient and are led by their lovely head waiter who we grew to really like during our stay. A special shout out to Luciano who is the childrens entertainer and also runs activities for the adults. This man is an absolute credit to the hotel, the children adore him, he knows all their names and entertains them splendidly from lunchtime onwards. He took us on a walking trip to Cala St Vincent during our stay which we really enjoyed, thanks Luciano, youre an absolute star. Please dont be put off by the location of the hotel, the walk into town is lovely and there are some nice bars on route. A good stroll every evening after dinner was just perfect. Experiencia positiva: Good value for money hotel. Better than expected for the price. 4 stars for apartment's, the ones we stayed in could benefit from a refresh in some areas, but they are perfectly fine. They are good size and well appointed, with everything you would need. I would be very happy staying there again. Staff are friendly and helpful, with most speaking very good English. Location was perfect for us as we had bikes but Not the best if you want to be by the beach all day. What it does mean is it is nice and quiet, as it is away from town center. There is a free bus from hotel to beach June to September. There are three outside pools all clean and keeps in good condition as is the pool areas with lots of sun beds. Breakfast is buffet style, with amazing choice and can be purchased on a daily basis. Also the same for dinner. There is underground garage fo storing bikes and if you want it a spa.and gym. Have stay there twice now and would stay again.

Experiencia positiva: La verdad es un hotel bastante bueno con buena comida, buenas instalaciones y personal muy amable. Te cobran por usar la máquina de zumos en la media pensión, la verdad, si me lo hubieran incluído en el precio total ni me hubiese enterado, pero tener que sacar la cartera en el comedor cuando la mayoría de hoteles lo ofrecen de serie me parece que da una mala imagen.

Experiencia positiva: I went to this hotel to use the gym. 15 euros for a day pass which I thought very reasonable. Well equipped gym with plenty of dumbbells, benches, barbells, resistance machines and cardio equipment - also some CrossFit options and a spin studio. The 15 euros included access to the sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi etc which were all excellent - just remember to bring your own towels if not a hotel guest. Nobody seems to bother too much about wearing a swim cap which suited me. This seems to be the locals gym, quite busy, but enough equipment. The only thing that let the experience down slightly was the rather uninterested lady behind the gym entrance - working with the public perhaps not for her.

Experiencia fantástica: Fantastic value and great service. It is a perfect value holiday for a family with lots of pools, sport and a good base to visit beaches and all of Mallorca. The spa has been renovated recently, few areas a little tired but fair for the reasonable prices.

No me creo lo usted nos escribe.
Precisamente no vamos cortos de personal en el departamento de pisos y me aseguré de que los baños de la piscina se limpiaran antes de la apertura.
No acabo de entender a que se refiere en lo que escribe al final de la reseña.
Por los motivos que le he expuesto anteriormente, dudo mucho que su reseña sea real.

Experiencia negativa: Da asco ai polvo por todo los lados las camarera tardan en hacer las camas y baños se ponen a chismorrear delante de los clientes y a fumar cuando no se puede poner a fumar en una habitacion del hotel..las comidas no superan nada hay poca cantidad no te dejan repetir

Para serle sincero no creo nada de lo escribe.
En nuestro departamento de pisos sólo hay una persona que fuma, y esta persona no ha estado trabajando cerca de las habitaciones de clientes españoles que hemos tenido alojados esta temporada.
Otra de las cosas que me hace dudar es lo que me relata de las comidas, tenemos un buffet donde el cliente puede comer lo que quiera, por lo que no tiene sentido ninguno que me diga que no le dejan repetir.
Las reseñas de Google no se verifican, que sea esta la primera reseña que escribe y que tengo otra reseña escrita el mismo día con comentarios parecidos, hace que aumenten más mis dudas sobre la veracidad de lo que escribe.

Experiencia positiva: Overall a pleasant experience, with a few caveats! Do not go there for the spa! We stayed for more than a week with our own bikes so we have a pretty good sense of this place. The location is great for cycling, and if you don’t mind the 15 min walk to the beach where most restaurants are. A big supermarket is also 10-min walk away. The bike storage was okay, but why not install keycard locks to the cages and upload access to the correct storage on the room key card? Our bikes were safe there though, just a suggestion! Also, there was no ”workshop” in the bike storage. The only equipment they have is a pump for tires. The breakfast had a good selection of things. Nice selection of hot dishes and eggs. However two major disappointments there were the tea selection, since clearly no tea drinker has chosen those awful tea bags, and that the pastries were almost never fresh. Why not offer just one kind per day, but make it fresh? We had a room with a separate bedroom, not the recently renovated ones, so it was a little worn out, but quite fine for us. Good value for money! Bed is very firm, but good. It was cleaned each day (not on Sunday), except the floor of the bedroom was getting dusty, and the towels are not in a great shape: they just need to be replaced altogether (none of them were new). Having a smart TV was appreciated, we could watch Netflix :) Finally, the biggest disappointment to us was the spa. The Spa did affect our decision to stay there and we expected more. The outdoor pools are nice, and good for sunbathing, but they are not heated, so if the weather is chilly, a heated pool and jacuzzi would be really nice. Instead, we found the water in the spa was luke warm, and the jacuzzi only half-full! We were literally only navel deep in it, so silly. We also tried the saunas. The Turkish sauna is tiny, and the seat there so hot it is unbearable. The regular sauna was nice temperature, but there is no water to throw on the stones (which is the idea of a sauna). The worst part was though that the stove was so close to the wooden wall it is actually a fire hazard. Being Finnish, we know what it should look like, and it is not supposed to char the wall! I wanted to make this comment public in the hope that the hotel will fix it asap. To add to the offence, we had to pay 3€ for mandatory shower caps to a very rude spa receptionist. Really, the hotel managers should try out their own spa every once in a while :) The hotel bar was nice and service was friendly, probably the friendliest in the hotel.

We apologise for the incoveniences you had. Some parts of the hotel need some updating, we are aware of it, step by step we are fixing things. Once we close this season, we will refurbish two blocks and the SPA, we will change all the area.
In a short future, I also want to chance all the hotel locks and program the room key with the bike cages, but as we have to the things step by step.

Experiencia fantástica: This is the third year we have stayed at The Duva. It came the first year as part of our cycle holiday package, but now we always request it as a base.Great location just outside of Port de Pollenca for exploring the mountains. Superb buffet breakfast with a wide choose of food sets you up for the day. The hotel has underground lockable cages to keep your bike. Food and drink reasonably priced served by warm friendly staff. Highly recommended

Experiencia positiva: + Fast internet speed + Great breakfast + Quality bed (probably new) + Excellent water pressure + Kind staff - Old stuff, cracked selves - Bathroom sink clogged - TV remote didn't work 9 out of 10 times - No door on the freezer inside the refrigerator, the dripping ice was covering everything inside - Hilarious cleaning for a 4 star hotel (inside out bedsheets, the cleaning lady regularly found things that were not ours and placed them on our stuff, mopping was basically flooding the floor with dirty water) - Moldy tub (!!!) - Toilet dripping - Towels so old they rip while in use - We had a sink, but no place to dry the dishes - Loud fuse box without a door (disturbing during the night) - Smelly, dirty sauna and spa area Overall, good stop for a couple of days for bikers, but it needs some renovation, which is partly done (e.g. the kitchen).

Experiencia fantástica: We are a booking of 6 and arrived very late and jetlagged after easy jet delays on Wednesday 17th September was greeted by Audrey at reception who was polite friendly and professional checked us in and supplied us with food and drinks along side with Anna. Experiencia positiva: Un AppartHotel sympathique mais plus proche du 3 étoiles que du 4 pour la partie ou on a séjourné car y a une autre partie qui paraît plus moderne Les appartements sont bien équipés, le lieu est sympathique mais la partie ou nous étions date un peu elle est clairement assez anciennes mais qui a été rénovée. Certains équipements sont juste ridicule comme la mini télé dans la chambre, le coffre dans la chambre qui est payant à 18 euros la semaine (exagéré et mesquin), serviette de plage avec un dépôt de garantie de 10 euros par serviette Situé à l'entrée de la ville, un peu loin de la plage mais y a une navette qui est disponible tous les jours et chaque 20mn. Il a un petit lac très sympa mais qui malheureusement est une source de moustiques et c'était cela la chose la plus désagréable du séjour !

Experiencia negativa: I’ve come away with my friend for her 40th birthday and ensured I booked a nice looking hotel. While the hotel does earn a solitary star for the convenience of parking, I regret to say that this is where the positive aspects of my experience end. The breakfast selection, though passable, was monotonous, offering the exact same options each day with little regard for variety. The pool, although small, is at least near the beach, which is perhaps its only saving grace. The list of grievances, however, is far more substantial. The room was severely outdated, bearing no resemblance whatsoever to the misleading photos advertised online. For the price we paid, the value was nowhere near acceptable. It is staggering that this establishment has received high praise from other reviewers, as my experience was overwhelmingly disappointing. The gym and spa have laughably restrictive operating hours, and basic services such as towel replacement were neglected. To my dismay, our room was only cleaned once during our entire four-day stay, which is simply unacceptable. In conclusion, I find it baffling that anyone could rate this hotel highly. My stay has been nothing short of a profound letdown, and I cannot in good conscience recommend it to others.

I haven't been able to find your reservation, I could not find any "Emily" sharing an apartment with someone on the age gap you are referring to. The last reservation for 4 nights with breakfast left on August the 18th and it was for a gentlemen and a kid. It's quite strange not to find your booking with the given information, should be easier.
Some of our apartments are a little bit outdated, in 2023 we refurbished the main building and once we close this season we will do the same in other two blocks. The pictures of the refurbished ones are different to the non refurbished, that's also the reason of having 2 different prices.
I'm sorry to read that none of our 3 swiming pools met your expectations, Our main one has 420 cubic meters, more than a semi-olympic pool. I do not understand your comment about being close the beach, as the it's 1.4 kilometers far away from the hotel.
I'll forward your comment to our cheff regarding the breakfast to see what can we improve.
The gym it's open from 8:00 to 21:00 on working days, 9 hours on Saturday and 5 hours on Sunday, we are sorry to read that this times were restrictive for you.
I'm also sorry reading about the cleaning issue, on Sundays we do not have daily cleaning, but the other days, someone should have come to clean If the "do not disturb" signal was not hanging on the door, however the reception is busy 24 hours a day, with a phone call, we could have settled the problem.

Experiencia fantástica: As a family of four, we had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at Duva. The room was comfortable, each of us enjoyed a peaceful night's sleep every night. Each of the hotel amenities were very good. We opted for bed and breakfast, and the food was lovely food and my 9 year old son couldn't speak more highly about how great the hash browns are. I'm into my cycling, and the facilities here are excellent. I hired a bike from somewhere in town and had no problem securing the bike in the dedicated hotel storage. I left early (~6am) each morning for my rides and there was no problem in doing so, and the overnight security staff member was very friendly and helpful. The pool was very nice, and there were always plenty of beds available at the pool. Given that we were at the hotel in August, it didn't ever feel too busy. The daytime and evening entertainment was excellent, and both the kids and adults are well catered for. The evening entertainment finishes quite promptly and doesn't go into the early hours of the morning like some hotels we have stayed at. My only constructive feedback, and this isn't worthy of reducing the overall score of the review, was that the ice cream stock was always quite low around the pool bar. Overall my family had fun staying here, and we would definitely come again.

Experiencia positiva: Wij verbleven op kamer 1810, met 2 volwassenen en 2 kinderen. Zeer vriendelijke en hulpvaardige medewerkers, zowel aan de receptie, ontbijt of het zwembad. Dat wil ik heb benadrukken: ze werken allemaal hard. De infrastructuur is een beetje verouderd en sommige zaken zijn aan renovatie toe (airconditioning, geluid uit andere kamers, schuifraam, kitchenette). De kitchenette is niet zo goed uitgerust. Nadat we een lek hadden gemeld aan de airco in de keuken is dit diezelfde dag nog verholpen, maar ik wil het management wijzen op de schimmel op het plafond in de keuken. Ontbijt is top (veel variatie), zwembad is groot, proper en een redder ter plaatse. Poets en Opruimservice is ok (de vuilnisbakken op de gangen mogen wel wat sneller leeg gemaakt worden, door de hitte ruik je het uitpuilende afval op maandag 19.8 en dinsdag 20.8. Dat is minder leuk. De haven ligt op een kleine 20 minuten wandelen.

Experiencia positiva: Complejo en las afueras des puerto de pollensa. Las habitaciones son correctas, las piscinas también pero cuando hay mucha gente el agua se enturbia. Comodo para aparcar el coche.

Experiencia negativa: Vecchio, sporco, incrostato e senza servizio di pulizia e rifacimento letti. Non cambiano nemmeno gli asciugamani, quindi conservateli con cura! Altro che quattro stelle, siamo al massimo a due...diffidate dalle foto che pubblicano sulle piattaforme di prenotazione in quanto differenti dalla realtà.

Siamo molto dispiaciuti di leggere la tua recensione e ci scusiamo per non essere stati all'altezza delle tue aspettative.
Le foto dei nostri appartamenti sono corrette, vi chiedo gentilmente di tornare a controllare se stavate davvero guardando le foto dell'appartamento prenotato. L'appartamento in cui si trovavano sarà ristrutturato il prossimo inverno.
Non capisco se fosse davvero tutto così lontano dalle sue aspettative, non lo ha segnalato alla reception, in 15 giorni abbiamo avuto abbastanza tempo per migliorare.
Nei quindici giorni in cui sono stati lì, il tappetino da doccia è stato cambiato quotidianamente, gli asciugamani grandi 9 volte e quelli piccoli 15, oltre a un coprimaterasso oltre alla pulizia completa che viene fatta ogni 4 giorni. Non capisco bene perché ci dica che non c'è un servizio di pulizia.
Mi dispiace molto che non ci abbiate contattato per trovare una soluzione migliore e, ancora di più, che non siate stati all'altezza delle vostre aspettative.

Experiencia negativa: Der Besuch bei dem Hotel war eine einzige Katastrophe. Nach Ankunft in einem Zimmer, dass wohl in 1960 eingerichtet und nie saniert wurde, mussten wir feststellen, dass die AC des Hotels nicht ging. Lt. Manager ist diese für Hitzewellen über 35 grad zu schwach dimensioniert…. Weiters haben wir neben den ganzen Bartstoppeln in der Badezimmerspüle überall Schmierfingerabdrücke mit Sonnencreme vom vorherigen Hotelgast entdeckt. 2 Ameisenstraßen gingen durch das Zimmer. Wir haben das Zimmer mal 1 Stunde geputzt… Das Frühstück ist mit schlechter Rohstoffqualität und ohne jeglicher Hygiene zubereitet. Wir hatten es im Vorhinein bezahlt und von 4x nur 1x gegessen, da wir uns geekelt haben. Das Gym war ok ausgestattet, aber auch ohne jegliche Hygiene oder Pflege betrieben. Die Öffnungszeiten waren lachhaft, da man im Urlaub auch vl. mal vor 8:00 (mo-fr) oder 8:30 (sa-so) trainieren will.. Die Location ist halbwigs OK. 5 Mituen nach Pollenca oder zum Port Pollenca. Generelles Erlebnis und Preis/Leistungsverhältnis 1/10. Nie wieder Duva!!

Wie damals, als Sie hier bei uns waren, entschuldige ich mich für die Probleme, die Sie mit der Reinigung hatten. Ich stimme mit Ihnen überein, dass es nicht so sein sollte.
Im Bezug der Amesien, wir können nicht viel sie kontrollieren, wie Sie gesehen haben, wir haben viele Gartenbereiche und sie tauchen auf, wann und wo sie wollen, es kommt sogar noch häufiger vor, wenn es manchmal vorkommt, dass in den Wohnungen nicht gelagerte Lebensmittel liegen.
Ich entschuldige mich auch für das Klimaanlageproblem in Ihrer ersten Apartment, obwohl Sie in der zweiten kein Problem hatten.
Ihre Beschreibung der Wohnungen erscheint mir unfair. Das erste Apartment, die Sie hatten, war letzte Winter renoviert. Ich werde nicht leugnen, dass die zweite weniger modern ist. Deshalb planen wir, sie im nächste Winter zu renovieren.
Was das Frühstück angeht: Wie ich Ihnen bereits sagte, haben wir in dieser Saison mehr als 19.000 Gäste bedient und niemand hatte das grosse Problem das Sie beschreiben.
Ich schätze Ihren Vorschlag bezüglich der Öffnungszeiten des Fitnessstudios, obwohl man mit Fug und Recht sagen kann, dass die Manager des Fitnessstudios diesen Zeitplan aufgrund der Erfahrungen aus den vergangenen Jahren festgelegt haben.
Ich bitte Sie noch einmal, mich aufrichtig dafür zu entschuldigen, dass ich Ihren Erwartungen nicht gerecht geworden bin.

Experiencia fantástica: Tout était parfait. De l’accueil à l’appartement…sympathique,agréable,très propre. Un lieu parfait pour se détendre et ne rien penser qu’à se relaxer et profiter. Petit plus pour nous français…certains personnels le parle…qui facilite les échanges. Le buffet restaurant pour le petit déjeuner et le dîner est très bon,variés,change tous les jours…de quoi faire plaisir tous les palets. Le domaine est juste génial,plusieurs piscines,salle de sport,spa,terrain de tennis/paddle,terrain de jeux pour les enfants et également le nécessaire pour faire du vélo….de quoi faire plaisir tout le monde. Experiencia negativa: Wir übernachteten hier zu dritt im Apartment und bezahlten im August 714 € für drei Nächte. Unseren Aufenthalt würde ich als okay bewerten. Es war alles weitgehend sauber. Der Pool hatte ausreichend Liegen. Handtücher hierfür hätten wir gegen ein Pfand ausleihen können. Kopfkissen waren recht hart. Es gab extra Bettdecken, falls es kühl sein sollte. Gestört hat uns sehr die Bahnhofsatmosphäre im Frühstücksraum. Es war sehr laut, alle Menschen dicht gedrängt. Wartezeiten an der Brotbar und man wusste nicht wohin stehen vor lauter Menschen. Die Auswahl war in Ordnung. Zehn Minuten nach Frühstückszeit wurden wir schroff aus dem Raum geworfen. Auch sonst war der Kellner harsch, ohne jegliches Lächeln, machte aber emsig seinen Job. Wir fühlten uns unwohl. Leider war das Personal auch nach dem vierten Versuch nicht zu bewegen uns die Frühstückskosten zu erlassen, sodass wir hätten woanders ohne Stress essen gehen können. Unsere Zimmertür war für drei Stunden aufgrund eines Defekts nicht zu öffnen. Die Badesachen für den Strand dadurch unerreichbar. Nett wäre es gewesen ein Wort der Entschuldigung zu hören oder proaktiv über den Verlauf in Kenntnis gesetzt zu werden. Immer wieder mussten wir uns beinahe bettelnd selbst informieren. Leider insgesamt wenig freundlich und dienstleistungsorientiert. Preis- Leistung für mich nicht stimmig.

Es tut mir noch einmal sehr leid, dass Ihre Erfahrung nicht die bestmögliche war.

Experiencia negativa: Very disappointed with this hotel, didn’t get the room we had booked, it was supposed to be a double bed but got two singles which wouldn’t stay together. Bed linens and towels seemed like they were about 100 years old. The lake view was more like a swamp view as it was a dirty little pond with lots of algae and rubbish floating on the surface. We hated this place so much we ended up leaving early.

It's not possible to book an apartment with a double bed however we do our utmost to fulfill all the requests If we know in advance. It never was reported to the reception staff. It wasn't ever mentioned when we spoke on your third day.
I'm also sorry about the issue with towels, sometimes they don't arrive from the laundry on the best options, I would bet after being reported I never happenend again.
On the platform where you booked, the "pond view" doesn't exist, the most similar is the "lake view", thats why we chose this option as it was the closest one.
It is fair to add that on arrival, after being offered three different apartments and none of them being to your liking, making an exception, we offered you not to stay overnight with a full refund, which you refused, even when my colleague asked you again a few hours later.
As I already did when we met, once more, I kindly request you to accept my deepest apologies for not meeting your expectations.

Experiencia negativa: Hay muy poca variedad de comida y desayuno por no decir ni lo justo para ser un 4 estrellas. Te cobran la bebida aparte en las comidas y nada barato. Las habitaciones son solo 1 habitacion para 4 personas y el comedor lo cuentan como otra habitacion para los niños. No me ha gustado nada , no volveremos! El lugar es tranquilo y necesitas coche para todo ! La atencion de los camareros/as muy buena y muy simpaticos !

Lamento lo que nos comenta, siento que nuestro hotel no haya estado a la altura de lo que esperaban.
El menú cambia cada día, tenemos una rueda de mené de dos semanas, por lo que no entendemos que considere que no haya suficiente variedad al repetirse cada quince días, aún así siempre tenemos la alternativa de nuestro restaurante italiano a la carta, Giravolta. En la media pensión las bebidas no están incluidas en la cena excepto el agua y el zumo, quiero entender que no tuvo que pagar por este tipo de bebida. Normalmente, los hoteles que ofrecen la bebida en las cenas renombran la media pensión para remarcar la diferencia.
Tenemos apartamentos de diferentes tamaños, en la descripción de nuestra página web queda claro la diferencia de los apartamentos donde está indicado que tenemos unidades con 1 dormitorio y con 2 dormitorios, siento que su elección no fuese la más indicada para hospedarles de la manera más cómoda posible.
El hotel está a las afueras del Puerto de Pollença, el centro lo tenemos a veinte minutos caminando, tenemos un pequeño supermercado a 4 minutos y un supermercado de tamaño considerable a unos 10. Debido a la distancia a la que estamos de la playa, ofrecemos un servicio gratuito de transfer hasta la playa.

Experiencia positiva: Los apartamentos están muy bien ubicados, supermercados, farmacias y lavanderías a 3 o 4 minutos en coche. A nosotros nos tocó enfrente de la piscina y eso fue extraordinario para mis hijos que lo disfrutaron al máximo. El apartamentos estaba completo, no echamos en falta nada, pero lamentablemente la limpieza del suelo deja mucho que desear, sobre todo el baño, el olor a pis en todo momento es muy incómodo y he tenido que echar agua muy caliente por las mañanas y productos de limpieza para evitar un poco el olor, pero por lo demás es fantástico.

Experiencia fantástica: As a family of four, we stayed at the hotel for 2 weeks. We took an apartment with the kitchen. It was a VERY pleasant stay from the start until the end. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The apartment was clean and well maintained. The hotel has plenty of parking space, the pool is clean and great for the kids. The location is in the walking distance from the Port de Pollenca, but we had a car the whole time. They also have a very nice gym, and padel and tennis courts. Overall, a great experience and definitely recommended!! CONS(small): The kitchen is barely enough if you are cooking. Rooms have some aging signs, and the pillows are very small. A duck pond is near so they have mosquitos, very aggressive ones :) But nothing some Autan can't hadle. And close the doors at evening. Outside visitors are parking when playing padel or tennis so we had some trouble accessing our parking spot. Once a cleaning lady left our towels on the bidet. We did not use it, but nevertheless, not very reassuring about how they handle it.

Experiencia fantástica: Nous avons passé 3 nuits dans un appart-hôtel « confort » (nous avons été surclassés). L’appartement était très propre, moderne et spacieux : ce fut très agréable ! Il y avait aussi un très beau balcon. Le personnel était sympathique et aimable. Le petit déjeuner (12€/personne) : un large choix est proposé (chaud et froid), nous avons apprécié les pancakes fait sous nous yeux. Le seul point négatif est le spa, principalement la piscine intérieure et le jacuzzi qui étaient froids/tièdes lors de notre venue et le jacuzzi ne fonctionnait pas. Principalement nous allions dans le centre du port de Pollenca à pied (15/20mn).

Experiencia negativa: Las habitaciones podrían estar un poco más reformadas (sobretodo el baño), la ubicación que tiene hace que tengas que coger coche para ir al puerto aunque es tranquilo y tiene dos restaurantes y un super casi enfrente, pero lo peor para nosotros es que siendo residentes y habiéndonos previamente informado de que nuestro apartamento no se iba a ocupar el día de nuestra salida, no nos dejaron hacer late check out gratuito.

Siento que no pudiesen quedarse gratuitamente en el apartamento el último día. Al hacer una reserva, esta cubre el uso del apartamento hasta las 11:00 el día de salida, las instalaciones pueden seguir siendo usadas hasta que el cliente se marche definitivamente. El late check out es un servicio que tiene un suplemento para todos los clientes.

Experiencia positiva: We had a lovely 10 day stay here. It was quiet which suited us really well as it was relaxing and peaceful. The food was gorgeous and service great. The chef and staff always greeted the kids and made them smile. Luciano was a great entertainer and especially wonderful with our young kids. We stayed in the deluxe room which was really spacious with a lovely view of the mountain. It's a bit of walk for young kids to the beach but the hotel offers a free shuttle service. I particularly liked exploring the trails close by. Loved our stay, thank you.

Experiencia fantástica: Stayed here with a group of cycling friends. Loved the place and the friendly staff. Rooms were good either way a kitchenette provided. However the only issue was the AC. However the staff provided us with a fan instead. Buffet breakfast and dinner was excellent. Cycling infrastructure on the premises is great and very convenient including a bike rental and a mechanic. The hotel has multiple room options including apartments for families. It’s also very well located near the beach and also for accessing the best cycling routes Mallorca has to offer. We all loved our stay here particularly the friendly hospitality. Highly recommended

Experiencia fantástica: Overall, my experience at Duva for the past seven years has been nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrive, I'm greeted by a fantastic staff who go above and beyond to ensure my stay is comfortable and enjoyable. The food is always fabulous, the accommodations are great, and the location couldn't be more ideal for our cycling tours. This year, hosting a group of 20 people, everyone thoroughly enjoyed their stay and is already looking forward to returning. Despite the inevitable hiccups that can occur when organizing tours, the staff at Duva always rise to the occasion, effortlessly finding solutions to any challenges that arise. Their ability to handle everything with grace allows me to truly relax and enjoy my time here. The, Duva has become my go-to appartments for cycling tours in Mallorca, and I wouldn't consider staying anywhere else. Experiencia fantástica: Looking for a well priced, tidy, simple hotel for biking, this will do the job. Rooms have everything you need, food is good (don't go expecting groundbreaking, but it'll be everything you need), awesome staff, secure bike storage, transfer arranged if you ask. Great with early arrivals and late departures to help when flight times are odd.

Experiencia positiva: This is the 6th time we have stayed here in March. I like the gym and indoor pool complex in case it rains and we can't do the lovely walks we have planned. The cleaning, care taking and reception staff are great and attended to our questions straight away. Parking is easy and it's quiet and we enjoy the walk into town. Our one bedroom apartment had recently been refurbished and we alternating, making some modest meals on the 2 electric rings and eating out. We had views over the pool. The bed was comfortable and as a repeat visitor booking directly with Duva we got good value for money. We will go the same time next year and hopefully will have another 11 days of full sun and no rain!

Experiencia positiva: staff at the reception is very nice, i wouldn`t the same for the peaple at the breakfast, they were quite stress and transfer their stress to the customers not very nice when you are on holidays with your familly. Experiencia positiva: Serviceable accommodation out of town. I was in a standard appartment - for €110 a night I expected more. The location isn't great, it's a good 10-15 minutes walk to the nearest supermarket and 15 minutes to the restaurants. I didn't use the on-site restaurant, so can't comment about that. The apartment I had was fine but tired and minimally equipped - most Airbnb's are better furnished and equipped. The beds were comfortable but accompanied by the drone of some HVAC machinery that can't be turned off. If you're cycling, the bike facilities are excellent - lockable (shared) cages, a maintenance area and a washing area, although it's €4 to use the washing machines. I didn't try the pools, but none were big. The gym is good and not too busy. Overall fine. If you don't need the cycling facilities, gym or pools then you can probably do better. I'd be curious to see if the premium apartments are better - if so, their 20% premium might be worth it. But I suspect they may be equally tired, just larger.

Experiencia positiva: Having been here before, I was expecting good things. While the staff and service continue at the same high level as before, sadly the same cannot be said of the room. It is badly in need of a refurbishment as they are tired and worn. Fitted furniture is loose and the kitchen area well passed it's sell by date. I would hope that the opportunity is taken over the winter to bring the hotel back to its previous high standard.

Experiencia fantástica: We love the DUVA. Pools can feel a bit busy later in the morning and into the afternoon , but get there by 9 and enjoy the first hour or so, pretty much on your own! (Especially if you go to one of the smaller pools). Our fav is the one by the tennis courts for an early morning swim - there’s a great “safe” pool there for the less strong swimming kids too. *main pool at hotel is a bit deep so a little tricky for parents with kids learning to swim but it’s no problem, the other pools dotted around are very suitable for this, especially the tennis court pool. Having stayed in a TUI hotel on a package previously, this “all inclusive” trip has been completely different and in a very, very good way! There is kids entertainment (but not a full on, all day kids club) and a nice relaxed holiday feel with music and fun in the evenings - if that’s your thing. Enough to keep the kids amused anyway!

Experiencia positiva: Els apartaments són correctes per estar-hi uns dies però: la nevera no refreda gaire i per tant no hi pots guardar bé el menjar, no hi ha cafetera, el microones és molt antic, el servei d’habitacions es limita només a canviar ens llençols i les tovalloles i el problema més gran de tots és que, sense saber-ho, hi ha hagut animació a la piscina amb música MOLT FORTA de 10-22h molts dies i això ha impedit el nostre descans i tranquilitat. El servei és molt amable, ens van deixar fer el checkin a les 4am, tenen moltes facilitats per als que portem bicicleta, ens han ofert solucions amb el tema de la música baixant el volum lleugerament quan ho demanavem i hi ha unes bones instal·lacions en general al complex però cal dir que no és un lloc on anar a relaxar-se de vacances i el nom “sports and spa” dona peu a confusió… En canvi, si vas amb nens i tens de gresca és una bona opció ;)

Experiencia positiva: Bike hotel in posizione strategica per le più belle spiagge del nord di Maiorca. Appartamento confortevole. Zona silenziosa e ben servita, oltre che al centro dei punti più visitabili. Abbiamo usufruito del servizio di noleggio bike e della piscina. Non abbiamo visto la spa. Ottima la colazione, un po’ meno la cena ma sufficiente per un hotel internazionale. Abbiamo dimenticato le chiavi in cassaforte e il servizio di lost & found ce le ha spedite. Lo consiglierei a chi non vuole il casino del centro città ma tutte le comodità di una vacanza di sport e relax

Experiencia positiva: Stayed a few weeks with 4 kids. Apartments are basic but clean. Breakfast buffet is great and very popular with our kids. 15 min walk to port or use the shuttle bus from right outside the hotel during peak times. Facilities are very good with multiple pools and on site Gym. The main reason to stay at Duva is the staff. All lovely people, exceptionally so. Luciano is the main man who organises the kids club, daily activities (Padel/Waterpolo/Rifle Shooting etc.) and hilarious evening entertainment - he's an absolute star and made the holiday for us. Our kids had a great time with Luciano and miss him already. We really enjoyed our stay at Duva.

Experiencia fantástica: Nous avons passé 10 jours côté appart-hotel, petit-déjeuner inclu. Tout a été parfait : le ménage, la propreté, le calme, l'accueil. Experiencia positiva: Instalaciones generales muy viejas y poco cuidadas. La publicidad del hoyel te crea unas expectativas que no son las reales. La animación del hotel es muy justa por no decir nula, además de ser en ingles. Hay actividades que se tienen que pagar. Experiencia positiva: La habitación cómoda aunque no silenciosa, lamentablemente se escuchaban los ruidos que hacían los huéspedes del piso de arriba y en el baño no había acondicionador de cabello, en recepción tampoco disponían de ese producto, muy raro ya que me sorprendió al ser catalogado como un hotel “cuatro estrellas”… Para una estadía de 2 días esta bien.

Experiencia positiva: Hotel ist okay, aber schon etwas in die Jahre bekommen. Die kurzen Öffnungszeiten des Fitnessstudios am Sonntag nicht ganz nachvollziehbar. Frühstück war lecker und hatte alles was man braucht um gut in den Tag zu starten. Könnte gerne schon um 7 Uhr öffnen.

Tout le personnel est souriant et très agréable, un merci particulier à Audrey à la récéption pour son aide et pour avoir répondu à toutes nos sollicitations. Experiencia positiva: This place has great facilities, including an excellent indoor pool and spa complex with a large gym, a dance studio, a sauna and steam room. The staff are very helpful and everything is very clean. It is not really walking distance to Port de Pollença, not if you have kids. Also, the breakfast buffet is not great. It's not terrible but it is not great. And finally, too many things are broken and should be fixed. We had a good time but we've stayed in better hotels for the same price elsewhere in Mallorca.

Experiencia negativa: Hotel viejo,las fotos crean unas expectativas que no se adaptan a la realidad , el personal de recepción no brilla por su simpatía cabría destacar el buen servicio que se da en el comedor . Podríamos destacar la variedad en el desayuno, en contra del bufett de la cena que es escaso y de pésima calidad. El spa claustrofóbico y para colmo tienes que pagar 3 euros por un gorro. Como punto positivo hotel tranquilo e ideal para una familia

Experiencia negativa: Unsure how they can claim to be “4 Star”. There was a large crack and crumbling plaster inside our apartment on the wall (see pics). The hallway and balcony light weren’t working at check-in. We were told it would be fixed - we stayed 15 days and they were never fixed. There is only WiFi in public areas and not in the apartments themselves - pretty poor for a so called “4 star” place. The tennis & Padel courts onsite are still full paying for guests so no advantage by staying at the hotel. The apartment is comfy and the facilities to okay but never “4 star”.

Experiencia positiva: Aparthotel molt recomanable. A un passeig de port de Pollença, tot i que necesites cotxe per moure't per la zona. Ens va tocar un apartament planta baixa perfecta. Amb terrasseta per sopar a fora i aprop de la piscina, però molt tranquil. L'apartament té una cuina justeta però correcta, nevera petita, dos focs , torradora, escalfador d'aigua. No te cafetera , però en vam demanar a recepció i ens la van deixar. Te suficients utensilis per cuinar.Sofà llit correcta per dormir. Habitació de dos llits molt gran amb armari complert.. lavabo correcta. Fan canvi de llençols i tovalloles cada dos dies... Personal molt amable.. ens van deixar entrar a les 10 del matí... Tema restaurant no podem opinar perquè anàvem sense àpats .zona molt recomanable de Mallorca.

Experiencia negativa: We stayed in apartments (B building) in August. We booked it last minute because other hotels in that area were full. The location is not bad but you need a car to get to the beach, good shops, etc. The room is very tired. The kitchen equipment is ok, but also quite tired. The only impressive thing in the apartment is the very good pressure of the water, both cold and hot. The balcony of most of these apartments is facing the main swimming pool with a restaurant. After 10-11 am in the morning, it is getting very noisy. In the evenings it is worse with some activities around the restaurant (including karaoke!) until 11 pm and some days even later. Very annoying. The staff especially seniors is neither friendly nor helpful, quite formal. The most disappointing issue was that the internet was NOT available in the apartment. To get the connection you must sit in the main building close to the reception. The general impression: that is a 2-star aparthotel, definitely not a 4-star.

Experiencia fantástica: This is our 2nd stay here. We last stayed in 2019. Both visits have been amazing. Resort is lovely and clean. Staff are very welcoming and pleasant. Big shout out to luciano, who always makes our stay fun and entertaining. Also always love to see the two bar staff, work in the Italian restaurant during the week and bar staff at the weekend. Experiencia positiva: Hotel ładny, czysty. Posiłki przepyszne i duży wybór. Czyste baseny. Niestety muszę odjąć jedną gwiazdkę za obsługę przy barze. Pani która tam obsługiwała najczęściej , była bardzo niemiła zwłaszcza dla osób z opcją All-in. Obsługiwała gości jak za karę, czasem nie chciało się z jej powodu korzystać z baru. Reszta obsługi była naprawdę miła i pomocna. To był udany pobyt.

Experiencia negativa: Zimmer sauber und vollkommen ok, Lage perfekt für Fahrradfahrer. Service unglaublich unfreundlich!!! Jede einzelne Person sowohl an der Rezeption als auch im Restaurant war mehr als unfreundlich, unprofessionell und kein Stück hilfsbereit. Bei jeder Frage wurde einem das Gefühl gegeben eine Last zu sein und, als würde man das Personal gerade nerven. Bei Rückfragen am Telefon wurde einfach aufgelegt etc. schade, der Service hat wirklich einen negativen Beigeschmack zu unserem Aufenthalt gegeben. Nicht geeignet für Singles oder Freundes Gruppen, da hier nur Familien Urlaub machen und es am Pool voller Kinder und daher sehr laut ist. Der Frühstücksraum ist schlecht organisiert und viel zu voll und viel zu laut. Entspannt Urlaub machen sieht anders aus.

Experiencia fantástica: The whole experience was great, we had a family group of 16 and they catered for all ages. The food was excellent and the restaurant staff very friendly and helpful. And the children entertainer 'luci' was first class, many thanks to all of you

Experiencia fantástica: A fantastic group cycling holiday stay. The hotel had all the facilities needed to make the stay enjoyable. The food was fresh and varied with dishes to power through the next day! A large garage for the bikes with an onsite mechanic if required. Our room was at the back, very quiet!

Experiencia fantástica: Staff were absolutely fantastic in every department. They could not have been more friendly or helpful. Rooms were standard, but clean and comfortable. Food was buffet style, with excellent choice but could have been more for vegetarians and vegans. Might be an idea in future for section of plant based choices?

Experiencia positiva: Good cyclist friendly hotel. Big apartments, maybe a little old, mediocre breakfast, very good dinner/supper. Unfuctional hair-dryer, which doesn't work and they didn't fix it.
